I am an in-training Pilates student looking to take the mat Pilates instructor qualification exam in Nov 2022. So, I am not there yet, and probably will make plenty of mistakes through this journey as a learner! You are welcome to join if you want to energize your body with fun movements and support my learning experiences.
Intermediate & Advanced classes don't suit individuals with health issues or injuries.
