Classical music, particularly foundational systems like Carnatic or Western classical, acts as the ultimate gym for your vocal cords by demanding precise pitch control, structured breath management, and an extended vocal range. Practicing these rigorous disciplines strengthens the diaphragm, refines tone quality, and builds muscular stamina, which protects the voice from strain and injury.
