About Cristian
As a first sport, I was in Olympic gymnastics, which gave me the strength and ability for when I started climbing more than three years ago. I complement a good diet, with yoga and exercise, which creates the optimal conditions in the body to leave everything at the moment of going out to the rock.

The training has two phases, the first theoretical, where topics such as climbing history, types of climbing, equipment handling (harness, rope, knots, rings, etc.) are addressed, while the second is to work and strengthen the physical strength of the body.
