About Alyssa
I am a certified Meditation practitioner and Massage therapist. I am also certified in aromatherapy, reiki, stretching, and chakra's. Prenatal/geriatric/hot stone/ and clinical massage as well as many other massage oriented certificates. I graduated in 2018 from Pinnacle Career Institute for massage. I completed my Meditation practitioner certification in 2020.

As mentioned in the title, you will learn stretches, mindfulness, and meditation. Stretching is vital to maintain as your age and stress progress; Pain, tightness, poor range of motion, and muscle spasms will begin to occur. I will teach you stretches that will target specific areas. Mindfulness is the practice of living in the present. Meditation is very versatile and there are many reasons for meditating. In this course you will be taught breath awareness meditation, Mantra meditation, zen meditation, progressive relaxation and/or pain management, body scan and Chakra meditation.
