I have a background in BSc and MSc Yoga Therapy, and a PhD in Yoga. With over 5 years of experience as an expert yoga therapist, my specialties include therapeutic yoga, Ashtanga, and classical Hatha yoga. I offer personalized consultations and counseling to help manage diseases and promote overall well-being. My approach integrates talk therapy and profound insights into yoga philosophy. My teachings are crafted to uplift and heal, whether it's 1:1, couple, or family sessions, or remote group classes.
