About Neil

I’m a Dietitian and Nutrition Coach passionate about helping people transform their bodies and heal from the inside out. I’ve personally healed my scalp psoriasis and improved my body composition through a targeted, evidence-based healing diet — and I use that experience to guide others.

I specialise in helping clients:

About the lesson

My lessons are personalised, practical, and results-driven. I don’t just give you a diet plan — I teach you how to understand your body, heal it, and achieve the results you want, whether that’s fat loss, an elite physique, or overcoming autoimmune and skin issues.
