As your dedicated yoga practitioner and a 500 Hr certified Yoga teacher, I bring my 5 years of experience and a deep commitment to guiding you on a transformative path of wellness through movement and mindfulness.
With a solid foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment principles and Holding 500 hours of teacher training under my belt while also actively pursuing leanings, I am dedicated to delivering professional, high-quality instruction that meets the needs and goals of each student.
My teaching style is rooted in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel valued, empowered, and reassured of my professionalism. Through carefully crafted classes that blend dynamic movement, breath awareness, and meditation, I aim to instil confidence and inspire personal growth in every practitioner.

With a tailored and holistic approach, my teaching is rooted in the integration of mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment with scientific study of human anatomy allowing students to deepen their understanding of their bodies and cultivate mind-body connection. By incorporating visual aids, thorough directions and hands-on adjustments, I strive to make complex movements accessible and relatable to students of all learning styles.
Typically, my lessons range from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for comprehensive exploration and reinforcement of working to build strong foundations. I prioritise creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate with their peers.
My lessons are designed for students of all levels and ages, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're a high school student preparing for exams, an adult learner seeking to build more body awareness, or someone looking to explore movement for the first time, my lessons are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
