Tutor for 4th-8th grade curriculum and NY State tests (Math, ELA).Brooklyn, NY

"I randomly came across Pierre via a craigslist ad one afternoon. At first, I was a bit weary to contact him because of all the crazy stories we hear about people posting ads on craigslist but I took a chance; and good thing I did. I must admit out of all tutors I ever had, Pierre was by far one of my favorites. For two weeks, he helped me extensively with my Math struggles. I have never been great at understanding math but after working with him, I was able to understand concepts I never thought I could. Pierre is not only kind and patient but extremely thorough and persistent. He is knowledgeable in the field and GENUINELY cares about his student's desire to learn and their improvement on the subject matter. I would absolutely, 100% recommend anyone and everyone to Pierre. Not only did he help me succeed in an area where I was struggling but he gave me the tools and confidence in knowing that nothing is impossible. ;)"

"Arrives on time and leaves late sometimes to make sure my child finishes the homework assignment. Tries to accommodate any change in the schedule if something comes up. Very patient with my child. More than a reasonable tuition fee."

Pierre is an excellent tutor. He is kind and patient. My son is seven years, and he has trouble in Math. Pierre tutored him, and now he feels confident. He wants Pierre to continue teaching him. As a parent, I highly recommend Pierre. "Hi Pierre, I just want to thank you so much for providing my son an excellent experience! He likes you a lot! He is going to have a Math test this week, and I am quite sure he will do very well after your lessons with him. Thanks again, looking forward to seeing you again. K.S."
