About Dr Niclas

I am a doctoral student in law at the University of Cologne and work in a team for international arbitration in Frankfurt. In addition to a two-digit state examination, I also have an LL.M. completed. I already have many years of experience as a tutor at the university and in private one-to-one lessons. I also create cases for the Jurafuchs learning app.

About the lesson

For several years I have been leading tutorials in the field of civil and criminal law at the Goethe University. Due to the requests of the tutants, I started private lessons and in the meantime I have been able to help many students, be it with exam preparation.

I adapt my teaching style to the needs of those willing to teach. Whether basic knowledge, a crash course, problems in a certain subject area or targeted written exams, everything can be agreed.

Perfect! Die Einheiten mit Niclas haben mich innerhalb eines Monats deutlich fitter für das anstehende Examen gemacht. Ich hatte das Examen bereits mit der Note "ausreichend" bestanden und wollte jedenfalls in den Bereich "befriedigend". In den Einheiten haben wir sowohl konkrete Examensfälle besprochen und dabei insbesondere auf Klausurtechnik geachtet als auch die wichtigsten Probleme der jeweiligen Rechtsgebiete besprochen. Niclas' selbsterstellte Skripten sind dafür ideal. So konnten wir gemeinsam, aber auch ich zwischen den Einheiten im Selbststudium in kurzer Zeit Problemfelder wiederholen. In acht Einheiten haben wir mit diesen Methoden BGB AT, SchuldR AT + BT inkl. Delikts- und BereicherungsR, SachenR, Familien- und ErbR und zuletzt auch StrafR AT + BT wiederholen können.
