Hi everyone - I'm Olivia! I am patient, professional, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Whether you are aiming to improve your UCAT score, strengthen your application, or simply gain confidence in your preparation, I will work closely with you to help you achieve your potential.
Having successfully navigated the UCAT and medical school applications myself, I really understand how overwhelming and scary the exam can feel but I am confident in my ability to help reassure you and get you the result you want!
My academic credentials include:

My UCAT lessons are tailored to each student's needs, focusing on strategy, time management and effective question-solving techniques. I place particular emphasis on reviewing mistakes and developing efficient approaches to each UCAT section, helping students improve both accuracy and speed. My interview lessons are designed to build confidence and communication skills through structured practice, personalised feedback, and realistic mock interview scenarios.
Lessons typically last 30 mins to 1 hour and are suitable for students applying to Medicine or Dentistry. I am super flexible and place an emphasis on a collaborative approach where the student and I work together to build the lesson.
Having sat the UCAT recently and successfully gained entry to medical school, I can provide up-to-date advice and practical insights throughout the application process. I have a year of tutoring experience currently having tutored UCAT, A Level Biology and Chemistry and Year 9 maths.

Perfect! Olivia's a great tutor. She does problems with you, explaining every step until you understand how do them. She's also insanely good at giving pep talks (which you'll definitely need approaching the exam) and encouraging you when you feel down or stressed.
