About Holiday
I am a UCL and Queen’s University Belfast graduate and a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese. I am currently working full-time and would like to use my spare time to teach Chinese on a part-time basis.
I previously worked as a tutor supporting Chinese A-level students in Chinese literature and English. Through this experience, I developed a patient and structured teaching style and learned how to adapt lessons to different learning speeds and goals.
I am now focusing specifically on teaching Mandarin and Cantonese, helping students with speaking, pronunciation, reading, and exam preparation. I am happy to work with beginners as well as students who want to improve conversational fluency or prepare for school assessments.
