About Zainab
I’m a friendly, patient, and approachable tutor with over three years of experience helping students improve their confidence and academic performance. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs and pace. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling challenging topics without feeling overwhelmed. Through my tutoring experience, I’ve developed strong communication skills and learned to explain challenging concepts clearly and engagingly, helping students make consistent progress and achieve their goals.

I’m a first-year medical student at UCL studying Medicine. At A-level, I achieved 4 A*s in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and my EPQ. Having recently completed these exams myself, I understand the challenges students face and know what it takes to succeed.
My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs and focus on building a strong understanding of the content rather than simply memorising facts. I break complex topics down into clear, manageable steps and explain concepts in a way that is easy to understand. I also help students develop effective exam technique, including how to approach questions, structure answers, and avoid common mistakes. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their grades, and feel more comfortable with their subjects.
