About Nathan
Throughout my career I have mentored and tutored numerous colleagues taking their first steps in their HR and OD careers and I'm now offering tutoring services for CIPD students.
I offer this service through my consultancy, Matriz People, a small UK based business specialising in people and team development.
As well as tutoring I can offer coaching and mentoring, leadership development, and general management training and advice on how to get started with your career in the UK HR field.

Hello,
I'm Nathan, a Senior People Specialist working in the NHS.
I hold chartered membership of the CIPD (MCIPD), and have completed study CIPD level 5 and level 7 diplomas, ILM level 5 diploma and Business management level 5 diploma. I am also a leadership coach, with experience coaching senior leaders and executive leaders.
