About Santiago

I am an undergraduate student based in Montréal with a C1 level in French, offering French tutoring for students of all levels.

I have a strong academic background and a clear understanding of the challenges faced by learners in both academic and exam-focused contexts.

Having studied and used French in Québec, I am familiar with academic French, everyday communication, and exam requirements

I am fluent in French, English, and Spanish! My teaching style is like myself, structured, patient, and practical, with an emphasis on real progress and confidence building.

About the lesson

Learning French can feel overwhelming — especially in an academic or exam context.

As an undergraduate student in Montréal with a C1 level in French, I understand both the language and the real challenges students face when learning it.

My approach is structured, clear, and practical. I focus on explaining why French works the way it does, not just memorizing rules. This helps you progress faster and retain what you learn.
Being fluent in French, English, and Spanish, I can explain complex concepts in the language that helps you understand best. Lessons are adapted to your pace and goals with real examples and targeted practice.

If you’re looking for a patient, organized, and goal-oriented tutor who will help you make real progress, I’d be happy to work with you.
