About Makenna

I have experience with math classes up to the level of Calc BC or statistics, and have high test scores on the SAT and ACT. I have experience tutoring students from ages K-12. I know the stress that comes with school, and I’m here to help in whatever way I can!

About the lesson

As a college student, I know exactly how it feels to be in high school struggling to understand a fast paced math class. As a tutor, I can provide online one-on-one help to either answer questions or just provide examples and resources to make certain topics easier to understand!

Makenna was my tutor for math, and working with her was an incredibly positive and enriching experience. From the very first session, it was clear that she not only had a deep understanding of the subject matter, but also a genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed. Her approach was patient, thoughtful, and tailored to my learning, which made even the most challenging concepts easier to understand. Although I struggled at times, Makenna's patience and calm demeanor helped me learn the curriculum so much faster, and I have her to thank for my success in my class!
