My teaching methodology will be to start with what student already know about the subject. Basis that, i will start teaching the topic.. focus would be more on understanding.. classes would be interactive with two way communication.. Shy students don' ask questions and that's why don't get proper clarity of topic, will try to create a friendly and disciplined environment in class to be fruitful for everyone.
