In each session we define a topic that we want to discover as a part of self-discovering process. We talk about the meaning and figuring out the direction. I will guide you into a light meditation, which allows you to dive into your inner world. We learn how to express pictures that you discover by using painting and drawing techniques. You learn how to free yourself from rules, mix different materials and drawing/painting techniques. How to give a meaning to your picture. And even, how to solve inner problems through painting. At the end of each session we learn how to read your pictures. We talk about results and visions. We learn to feel and make art personal. This course is for beginner and advanced level. It teaches you to look at things differently and to discover your own style. So everyone is welcome!

I took part at Anya's class, where we were focusing on how to draw your own feelings. I love drawing, but I've never thought about drawing from this point of view. Its so much more exciting and healing! A great experience for me!
