Hi! I’m currently studying Global Studies at the University of Auckland, with a strong interest in language, identity, and cultural communication. Living in an international environment has helped me understand how language is not just about words, but also about expressing who you are.

I enjoy working with students and helping them gain confidence in speaking and communication. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive learning space where you can feel comfortable making mistakes and improving step by step.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on helping students learn practical Chinese that can be used in real-life conversations. As a native Mandarin speaker studying in an English-speaking environment, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and how to explain it clearly.

I offer personalised lessons based on your level and goals, whether you are a beginner or want to improve speaking, pronunciation, or everyday communication. My teaching style is patient, clear, and focused on helping you build confidence step by step.
