About Clara
My name is Clara and I am a final-year student studying History at the University of Cambridge. Prior to this, I was a teaching assistant for 18 months in a secondary school, working 1:1 tutoring students for their GCSEs, A-Levels, and with writing university applications. I've really missed teaching, and so I decided to create a Superprof account!
I am passionate about helping young people reach their full potential. I am SEN-trained too, and confident in working with young people who might need more specialised support.
I am a friendly, confident, and approachable person looking to continue doing what I love, whilst helping others at the same time.

I can help with essay planning and structure, academic writing, reading and comprehension, critical analysis, research skills, English and Humanities subjects, as well as general study and exam preparation. I can also support university and Oxbridge applications, helping to write well-constructed personal statements. I aim to make lessons relaxed and encouraging while helping students become more confident and independent in their work.
