About Joe

I am passionate about teaching maths and thoroughly enjoy the subject. I feel that tutoring as a whole is very rewarding. I'm also interested in football, music and sports in general. I didn't always love the subject at school but felt that the help of tutors allowed me to truly enjoy it.

About the lesson

I tend to teach in a way which allows students to actively recall information taught to them in order to encourage a deeper understanding of the given topic as well as allowing me to pick up on any gaps in their knowledge. Lessons typically last 40-50 minutes and are intended for GCSE level students and below. I have two years of experience in tutoring and create tailor-made resources for students based on their given needs.
