About Taylah

I have a Peer Tutoring Certificate II from TAFE, giving me experience to teach English to students that require additional support to their learning. I am also currently completing a degree to become an Early Childhood Educator and Primary School Teacher.

About the lesson

My lessons are based on the student's goals and aspirations to learn English, their interests and self-pace. I will accommodate any specific preferences to ensure that these goals are achieved as we work together to overcome challenges and learn new skills.

Recommendations

Taylah tutored my daughter in Year 9 English and science.
Taylah presents as very confident and passionate about her subject matter.
Taylah prepared well before meeting with my daughter - refreshing her own knowledge and preparing background information on the subject.
Taylah appropriately used multiple methods to explain concepts such as verbal, written information, questioning and self directed learning.
I would recommend Taylah for tutoring as I was happy with her enthusiasm and her ability to communicate and teach the subject matter.
