About Elaine

I’m a first-year university student, however I was enrolled in the second-year Intermediate Japanese class. I have been studying the language for around 7 years now, and I want to help other students better their Japanese language skills as I really enjoy teaching others about languages.

About the lesson

I have taught Japanese to secondary school students before, and my approach is to help students learn at their own pace, and target specific areas they may be struggling with. I encourage students to speak Japanese as much as possible as I believe immersing yourself in the language is one of the best ways to learn.

X

Elaine is a compassionate and empathetic individual that achieves the tasks she puts her mind to. For the past three years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing her as a good friend and peer. In these years I’ve seen her blossom and progress with her studies of language, becoming more confident with her abilities, resulting in her achieving results of a high standard throughout our senior years of high school and early university. Elaine’s selflessness and patience are a key skill that will enable her to be a trustworthy and reliable teacher. Accompanied with her communication skills; she will be a committed and considerate member of any team she joins.
