About Zaid
I am currently doing a BA in business and management. I currently work for a life coaching practice as I believe That mental health is a subject that isn’t given much thought but now more than ever it is essential we talk about and work on our mental health. My goal is to help people who maybe feeling adverse mentally to provide them with some one to listen and to provide techniques to help manage the daily stress of life.
