About David
I'm extremely patient, and try to always take a "dumbed" down approach when explaining concepts, especially difficult ones. I have experience working with kids (especially younger ones) from my times as a camp counselor. I want to make learning math concepts fun and engaging, as I really believe it can be.

I like enforcing strong fundamentals, and making sure my students grasp basics extremely well. Being able to build on top of a strong foundation makes learning any relevant topic much easier. Also I like to teach students the proper way to think and to use logic, as this can be applied to any problem in life, not just academics. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I have an exceptional background in engineering and math (high averages, best engineering school in Canada), and I've been tutored before, so I know what works and what doesn't.
