Perfect! Connor is an experienced coach. He communicated with me and tailored the training programme before the session. During the session, he has constantly encouraged me to put 100% effort. Overall highly recommend!

One of the best trainers on the planet! Totally focus and goal oriented
Thank you so much for helping my son take his skills to the next level! His confidence has grown and he is now taking his football very seriously. I highly recommend Connors services.
Connor trained me before my marriage. I wanted to lose weight and obtain greater flexibility. I lost 10kg and managed to tou h my toes!
He is a dedicated trainer with in depth knowledge of the body. Understands the importance of core strength and discipline.
I recommend him highly.
Lucien BartramAmazing personal trainer during his time in England he taught me everything I know about football and how football is not just a game he teaches discipline and how to play football correctly and in a smart way he turns average players into World Cup level athletes
Amazing 1to1 coaching and great group sessions as well very inclusive to all age groups involved, have absolutely no complaints such a well spoken coach.
Connor is a very dedicated coach and takes time to tend to players needs. I would highly recommend him for training anyone of any skill as he gave my brother the extra boost he needed to excel in his current football team. Safe to say my brother is extremely happy with his skill level now! Connor takes the time to really understand the player and work with you to hone your skillset - thanks so much Connor from both me and my brother!
