About Maya

I am an ex gymnast who competed nationally, but later transferred to dance. I will now be moving onto my next chapter at Bird College doing a degree in Professional dance and musical theatre. I have always used dance as an expressive art form, which has helped improve my mental and physical health. I love teaching and watching others improve; I used to coach gymnastics to young children.

About the lesson

I will base each class on the student’s ability and aim to progress technique and performance, as well as push their choreographic development.

Excellent first lesson for a beginner - Nath has great rhythm and picks up fast. Please practice the steps we covered in today's session to improve further. Well done :)
