About Tilly
I graduated from Queenwood School for Girls in Mosman in 2023. After completing a gap year in the UK, I moved back to Sydney to study Architecture at the University of Sydney, which I'm currently in the middle of.
Throughout school, I was heavily involved in sport, and I often found it challenging to balance training and competing with my academic workload. Despite this, I made sure my studies always stayed front of mind, especially in Year 12, and learning to juggle both taught me a lot about discipline, time management, and how to study efficiently under pressure. It's something I now draw on when helping my students manage their own busy schedules.

My lessons are tailored to each student, depending on their stage at school and how they prefer to study and learn. I believe it's important to work with a student to help them find a learning style that actually works for them, rather than trying to fit every child into the same mould. Lessons run for 45 minutes to an hour.
I achieved an ATAR of 91, with a Band 6 in Design and Technology and PDHPE, and I've also tutored HSC-level English, so I bring a thorough understanding of the syllabuses and texts involved.
I specialise mainly in design, particularly portfolio work and creative brainstorming, as well as English exam preparation for HSC students. For younger students or other school stages, I'm also confident tutoring subjects like geography, science, and history.
