About Yasmin
I am a medical researcher currently completing my PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) through UWA - ranked as the 91st best university in the world in the QS World University Rankings 2019! I have a Bachelor of Science (Genetics and Biotechnology) with a first-class Honours and a very solid knowledge of the English language. I have written many high-achieving papers and essays in my time and have tutored a number of students through my University in English (ESL), all from different backgrounds/levels of understanding. I find this a very rewarding job and love to see the progression of my students throughout my time with them. I have helped students achieve High Distinction (HD) results in their university classes through aiding them in understanding English vocabulary, grammar and syntax, as well as oral communication skills for public speaking. I very much look forward to getting to know each of you and helping your understanding of English to flourish and grow!
