About Malak

Many high schoolers today are feeling the pressure to apply for college, figure out a career, and maintain excellent grades while doing so. I also was once under that pressure, and while it was challenging, I found a way to not only graduate as Valedictorian, but determine my life path while doing so. I have made it my mission to equip students with the right tools to turn “I can ‘t” into “I can.” My tutoring approach is holistic, focusing on not only Academics, but College/Career Prep, and even offering expert Guidance! My message to students is to be a “Student Of Life,” to seek knowledge in everything you do.

About the lesson

Having taken multiple Advanced Placement Math classes, I have become well versed in topics ranging from Pre- Algebra all the way to Calculus. I have helped many students make sense of all the crazy letters and symbols (yes it’s possible!) If you select me as your tutor, I will not only help you understand Math, but I will show you practical ways to approach and USE it in your real life. Together we won’t just cram for your tests, we will develop a strong awareness of Math and how it works.

Perfect! Malak has been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and she explains even the hardest math concepts in a clear and approachable way. She’s also very flexible with meeting locations, which has made scheduling so much easier for us. My daughter always enjoys her sessions and feels more confident after each one. We’re so grateful for her support and teaching skills!
