I am Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Core Pilates Trainer with 5 years experience. I teach other Fitness programme like HIIT & Strength training apart from Yoga. I am coming from Corporate background and my passion towards Fitness made me switching to Fitness field as my profession.

Each session is customized based on student’s requirement and starts with OM chanting and Warm up stretches followed by Sun salutation and Vinyasa Flow / Asanas and end with relaxation.
