About Pooja
I am a traditional artist who loves mediums like charcoal, oil pastels, dry pastels, watercolours, collage, papercut, etc. When I'm not sharing the magic of art through teaching, I am an illustrator and comic book artist. Through my classes, I want students to be able to capture their imagination on paper and make work they are truly proud of. Art isn't just a hand skill, it's about how you see the world. I believe most of your answers lie within you, I'm here to make them more clearer and help you see them In my classes, we will start by breaking down objects into basic shapes and then 'carving out' the sketch from there. You will learn traditional techniques of colouring, painting, sketching and also alternate uses of art supplies you use daily. All you need is a sketch book, pencils and colouring materials as we create of art over fun conversations!
