About Chris
I am Senior Lecturer in Visual Communication, delivering on the BA Graphic Design and MA Visual Communication Courses, I have an MA in Visual Communication, am a Fellow of the RSA (The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a member of The Society of Experiential Graphic Design.
I have over 25 years industry experience in all areas of Graphic Design including, creative art directing, package design, moving image and exhibition design along with wayfinding. I have exhibited artwork in several galleries including a recent exhibition in Vilnius (Literatu Street) and online galleries such as The New Post-literate Gallery, and have been a panel member/judge at the Fete de l’anim 2017 in Lille.

My lessons will take different formats depending on what stage/level the student is at. My method is very much to encourage the student to lead the discussion enabling them to show knowledge gained through both primary and secondary research.
Typically a session will last an hour depending on session title/learning required and may include short workshops.
I have an MA in Visual Communication, have been in the design industry for over 25 years and have taught at both HE and FE levels for 10 years.
