About Magella
I am a passionate STEM educator, teaching Math and Science, including Chemistry to secondary school students. I am currently teaching in one of the leading independent schools in Melbourne. I hold Teaching degree, Science and Math, majoring in Chemistry and English degrees all from Australia. I have been teaching and tutoring for over fifteen years in different contexts with experience teaching in Singapore.

Are you looking to improve your grades in Math, Science or Chemistry? A good tutor is able to identify where you may have potential knowledge gaps that are holding you back, and has the expertise to break down the concepts and provide not only instruction but ensure you have the required knowledge that is expected to ensure you win. I typically teach one on one, and my approach is varied depending on the student's knowledge of the subject matter. Since I am a teacher, I have the expertise to be able to teach content, and as a tutor help with addressing knowledge gaps and preparing students for assessments. My lessons are generally one hour for Secondary School students, but can be up to an hour and a half for senior school (Final two years in school).
