Highly recommendI met Coach Elly through an Osteopath Doctor to prevent injuries from rowing competitions and to strength muscles. I recommend working with him for his knowledge and custom based excersizes your sport needs. As an athlete i required untraditiobal workouts and he was able to design a rowing excersize using elastic bands with equipments that replicats exactly what i needed.
The way he trains himself at the Gymnasium, its all focus, commitment & professionalism.
I have had the pleasure to discuss and share techniques with him... to the point where I have adopted some of his suggestions into my routines
