About Jess
I’m a 18 year old with a passion in fitness, however in my childhood and early adolescence I really struggled with appearance. As I was always hiding my body away due to being overweight for my age.The lack of control and discipline I had in my life made binge eating even worse as that felt like the only thing I could control. However, 6-8 years later I’m the happiest I’ve ever been I ran my first marathon last year and I’ve been doing Pilates since 2019 and honestly could not feel more confident and comfortable within my self and you can too. With just the simple motivation that I can uphold for you.
