About Schalk
I am currently a student, but I have 3 years of personal experience in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Due to personal reasons I was told to live a healthier life, so for me to do it correctly I had to do my own research about healthy living.

My teaching method is very simple, I don't want to complicate it to much otherwise it starts to get boring.
Teaching through personal experience I think makes the information I'm teaching more trustworthy and sometimes more relatable. Keeping content factual and realistic.
