About Marc
I am a 27 year old fitness and food addict! I love my running and weight lifting sessions, but I also love a lifestyle of eating out, food dates and the occasional pig out! There's no chicken and rice diet here, so I won't impose that on you either. I have dedicated the last 8 year to developing a healthy relationship and mindset around food, exercise and body weight management, and I want to help you do the same.

Hello! My name is Marc Simpson. I've been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years now, working online and face to face with over 1000 weight loss clients. My main demographic is 30-50 year old adults who find it almost impossible to lose weight, despite trying everything.
My approach is very straightforward, yet consistent and disciplined. I am all for my clients enjoying flexibility and including foods they love in their diet. However, the trick to weight loss is learning how to control your intake around your day and lifestyle choice.
In our initial consultation, we will discover where you are going wrong (this may surprise you!) and the first baby steps to get the train back on track! Then, each week, we will review your progress and set new targets for the following week, until we reach a place where you can take the reins all on your own!
After all, that is the main goal - take control of your lifestyle forever more.
I can't wait to chat with you and help you breakthrough the viscous cycle of stagnant weight loss!
