About Aadyaa
Physical therapy,- I have personally trained in and taught HIIT, strength and conditioning, power training, rehabilitation, athlete training. I always like to try a program myself before teaching clients Dancer with 15 years of training. 22-year-old. Training is about consistency. Together we will figure out what works best for you
