About Filipa Inês
Born and raised in Porto, I have been working in the sports field for over 17 years. I am a former gymnastics athlete, sports and nature enthusiast.
The passion for exercise and health led me to study, work and evolve daily in this area. In addition to sports, I also studied performing arts and nutrition sciences.
I am simple, perfectionist, objective, relaxed and I believe that everyone has the ability to change habits and routines for the better.
