Jordan is a respected member of our tutor community. He is highly recommended for his commitment and the quality of his lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Jordan
I am from the United States of America and I am a native English speaker. I speak some German and Spanish but I am currently learning Hungarian. My childhood was spent in the UK. I then moved back to the US where I've resided for 22 years, moving around the States.
I teach kids and adults from beginner level to more advanced levels. I enjoy making lessons very fun and engaging, especially for beginners, but adults as well.
Since moving back to the US, I've had 2 kids, a 17 year old and a 4.5 year old, and have traveled all over to many places with them. I am very patient and understanding to the needs of each individual.

"Who said Learning English can't be fun"
I understand everyone learns differently and at their own pace and I look forward to helping you on your journey of mastering the English language!
During an initial conversation, we would determine your level of English fluency and learn about your objectives. I will then create a curriculum and tailor it to your specific needs to help you reach your goals.
My classes are communicative, relaxed, and based on my students' specific needs, goals, and interests. We might touch on some grammar points if needed, but the lessons are not grammar focused. (Of course it can be for exam preparation) My classes center around communicative tasks. I might also use videos, audio files, and interesting articles or texts that will help you improve your vocabulary, listening skills, and use of English.
I look forward to meeting you. Send me a message and book your free class.

Perfect! Jordan is my favorite English teacher so far. He’s broad-minded, well-read, and really well informed. He always comes prepared and shows genuine interest in what we’re working on. He also patiently answers all my random and overly nitpicky grammar questions. He structures the lessons and sends materials in a way that we both think helps me improve as efficiently as possible. And I think he has a great sense of humor too.
- Dorothy is an amazing person and a very adept English learner and really wants to know why everything happens and for exactly what reason and we work well together to accomplish her goals.Jordan's response :
Perfect! Super!:)

Excellent! Rugalmas, segítőkész, érthető
Perfect!
Jordan is an excellent teacher. During conversations he quickly assesses your language level and adjusts the pace and structure of the lesson accordingly. He is direct, easy to talk to, and you can have great discussions with him on any topic. I can only recommend him.:)Perfect! Eddigi legjobb tanárom. Annyira kedves, vicces, segítőkész. Életemben először élmény a tanulás. Jordan a legjobb.
- I've been honored to tutor Fruzsina! Her ability to adapt to changing conversational topics is unique and I have changed my lesson plans because of her input. I can honestly say that to watch somebody's personal growth happened before your eyes is inspiring and I very much look forward to the future of what else I can learn and offer other people, as a teacher as I help to tutor. Individuals who have the want to make themselves better through learning on this platform should take an example from her because it is a quality that cannot be measured.Jordan's response :
Thank you again Fruzsina for your patience and time.
Perfect!
- I have had a wonderful experience meeting with Steve! He is extremely knowledgeable and has given me so much to learn. His grasp of the English language has developed so well, from an existing high level and into an advanced vocabulary and grammaticality correct usage in conversation. I am nothing short of proud of him and very much look forward to the future together as we learn together! Thank you Steve for all you have taught me!Jordan's response :

Jordan végtelenül kedves, segítőkész és rengeteg türelemmel fordul mindenkihez. Minden esetben alkalmazkodik a tanítványaihoz.
Szerencses lehetsz ha tole tanulhatsz!"Where is a will there's a way!"
Mivel két másik nyelv is szerepel a tarsolyában. Bátran ajánlom, mivel én is neki köszönhetem a sikerem.
