About Payel
Hi, I’m Payel Ghosh, a passionate Spoken English Teacher at Planet Spark, where I guide students in mastering English communication and building strong personalities. With years of teaching experience, I’ve honed my ability to make learning engaging, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
Previously, I taught spoken English, communication skills, and personality development at 'Achievers,' a coaching center, where I conducted one-on-one and group sessions for students of various age groups. I’ve also specialized in soft skills training, helping individuals develop confidence, refine their interpersonal skills, and express themselves eloquently in personal and professional settings.
My teaching style combines interactive activities, real-world applications, and empathetic guidance to ensure every student feels supported and motivated to excel. Whether you’re a school student, college-goer, or working professional, my mission is to help you communicate effortlessly, think creatively, and unlock your full potential.
Let’s embark on this journey together to achieve your communication goals with confidence and ease!

Teaching Techniques and Methods
- Interactive and Conversational: My classes focus on practical communication. I use role-plays, group discussions, debates, and mock interviews to ensure students practice speaking in real-world scenarios.
- Customized Learning: I assess each student's level and create a tailored learning plan. Beginners focus on grammar and vocabulary, while advanced learners practice fluency and expression.
- Holistic Learning: I integrate personality development with language skills, emphasizing body language, confidence-building, and emotional intelligence during communication.
- Audio-Visual Aids: I use videos, storytelling, and audio materials to improve pronunciation, intonation, and listening skills.
- Error Analysis and Feedback: I give constructive feedback after each session, highlighting areas for improvement while encouraging progress.
