About Magro Diego PT

I'm Magro Diego, since 2018 I've been working as a Personal Trainer in Monza and online. I am a Personal Trainer specialized in slimming and body recomposition paths, the entire path is based on you and your goals, thanks to careful data collection that allows me to guide you towards your goals and obtain aesthetic or sporting results What do you desire. I am an AICS and MSP ITALIA certified Personal Trainer, I have carried out specific courses concerning Natural Bodybuilding and Body Recomposition. To date I am a student at the San Raffaele University in Rome at the Faculty of Food Sciences.

About the lesson

My method includes an initial data collection in order to have an accurate picture of the starting point and the arrival. The lesson will last 60 minutes and takes place via zoom or skype platform. My lessons are aimed at all those who want to achieve a specific physical or sports performance goal.
