I am a published academic who specializes in ancient thought and literature, primarily Greek and Roman but not limited. I have extensive training in history, literary analysis, the history of thought, rhetoric, and have developed writing and pedagogical skills over the course of my career.

My teaching method is based on uncovering the learning styles of my students and engaging them in a way that makes the work relevant to them. My goal is to instill a sense of self-motivation in my students through developing a narrative which connects the work to their own experiences and to leave them with the confidence in their own capacities.
