About Talia
With 14 years of experience teaching piano, I have had the privilege of guiding 300-350 students of all levels on their musical journeys. My passion for music drives me to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where each student can thrive.
My tutoring approach focuses on personalized lessons tailored to individual goals and learning styles. I believe that every student is unique, so I adapt my teaching methods to ensure they feel confident and motivated. I incorporate real-life examples and encourage creativity, making lessons not only educational but also fun.
In addition to piano, I have a background in music theory, which helps my students understand the fundamentals of music and enhance their playing skills. Together, we will explore the world of music and unlock your full potential!

My teaching methodology for piano is designed to create a comprehensive and engaging learning experience through real-life examples and case studies, while emphasizing accountability, compassion, and flexibility.
**Real-life Examples and Case Studies:** I incorporate practical applications of music theory and piano techniques, helping students connect what they learn to real-world scenarios. This approach enhances understanding and makes lessons more relatable and enjoyable.
**Accountability:** I set clear goals for each student, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning. Regular check-ins and constructive feedback ensure they stay on track and motivated to reach their objectives.
**Compassion:** I foster a nurturing environment where students feel safe to express themselves. I understand that learning an instrument can be challenging, and I am always here to support them through ups and downs.
**Flexibility:** I adapt my teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student, whether they are beginners or more advanced players. This personalized approach allows students to progress at their own pace and build their confidence.
In addition to piano, I can also teach music theory and composition, providing a well-rounded musical education. Together, we will explore the joy of music and develop your skills!
