About Aimee
I’m Aimee, the coach behind Aim2Train. I specialize in helping women become stronger, fitter and more confident, whatever your starting point is. Whether you’re completely new to the gym, returning after a break or looking to keep progressing, I’ll meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way.
My coaching is personalized, supportive and completely judgment free. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, learning at your own pace and building confidence without feeling intimidated or judged.
My goal is for you to not only see physical progress, but to feel stronger, more confident and capable both inside and outside the gym. I want you to enjoy the process and build habits that you can genuinely maintain long term.

I specialize in helping women become stronger, fitter and more confident through personalized training designed around your goals, lifestyle and experience.
My approach is supportive, practical and is tailored to every client. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to training or feeling stuck, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that works for you. I focus on teaching you proper technique, helping you understand why you’re doing each exercise and building your confidence in the gym & outside it
Alongside training, I provide personalized meal guides based around foods you actually enjoy and eat day to day. I also provide education on nutrition, helping you understand how to fuel your body and make sustainable choices without restrictive diets or cutting out the foods you love.
Sessions are about 45–60 minutes & are available as 1:1 or 2:1 personal training, as well as online coaching. - message me for pricing for coaching p/m
I’m a fully insured Level 3 Personal Trainer, with additional Level 2 qualifications in Fitness Instruction and Group Exercise Instruction. I have over a year of experience working on the gym floor and coaching women online.
My coaching is designed for women of all experience levels who want to get stronger, fitter and healthier while building a positive and sustainable relationship with exercise & nutrition.
