About Hilary

I help students free their voices, build confidence, and get out of their heads. With a strong emphasis on acting, stage presence, and charisma, we work on connecting to your material, making committed choices, and bringing your personality to every performance. Through playful exploration and grounded storytelling, you’ll learn to trust yourself, take risks, and enjoy commanding a room.

Lessons are tailored to your interests and what you need right now. We might polish an audition song, dig into acting choices, explore a new musical style, or focus on vocal technique. There’s room for all of it! I also specialize in vocal health. Having navigated vocal issues myself as a young singer, I bring personal understanding and practical knowledge to helping students develop healthy, sustainable singing habits.

As a working professional, I bring firsthand experience, practical advice about the business today, and live performances you can come see! This year alone, I’ve performed everything from Dolly Parton to Golden Age musical theater, Queen to The Greatest Showman. I specialize in helping singers embody different musical styles and finding the sound and personality that make each feel natural. Together, we’ll build a repertoire that suits your voice, stretches your abilities, and makes you excited to sing!
