About Lauren

I'm Lauren, a Vancouver-based actress trained at Vancouver Acting School with credits in Die My Love (2025, dir. Lynne Ramsay, prod. Martin Scorsese, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson) and School Spirits (Paramount+, starring Peyton List and Milo Manheim). I'm actively working in the industry, which means everything I teach comes from real, current experience. I care about my students as people first, actors second.

About the lesson

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME. My sessions cover self-tapes, scene analysis, character work, voiceover, script reading, and the business side of acting that nobody really talks about. I also offer "day before set coaching" Just booked your first job and have no idea what a call sheet is or what to expect when you walk on set? That's exactly what I'm here for. I work with kids, teens, and adults at any level, all over Zoom.

"I've had the pleasure of knowing Lauren both as an actress and a coach. She brings real industry experience to every session. She's honest, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. Would recommend her to anyone."
