Oliver Rajamani is a musician's musician. His surpassing ability for engagement of all people with different levels of skill and desire is epic. Oliver led multiple drumming session at the church I serve. His capacity to invite participants of all ages and backgrounds into the experience while also teaching technique, was captivating. If you want to drum, for a spiritual, musical, new interest, or any other reason, Oliver will guide you into drumming percussion like you've never experienced.

Oliver is an amazing percussionist, and very approachable and patient as a teacher. I've had lessons from him for 2 or 3 three years, during which he taught me dumbek, tabla, and cajon. He carefully taught me basic technique and was always willing to indulge my questions. He has my full recommendation.

Oliver is a wonderful friend and mentor to his students. He taught our son tabla when he was in middle and high school. He helped him learn to use drumming as a way to calm his mind. He also helped him perform at many venues including downtown Austin, our church, and parties. Music wasn’t my son’s top priority. He was very into sports. But Oliver didn’t judge him for that. He brought the joy, beauty, and discipline of Indian Classical music to our son and we are so grateful!
