About Nikki
I am a second year science student at SFU in the BPK program! I have been tutoring for 3 years now and I took a break for a year and now I am ready to get back into tutoring and help students achieve their academic goals! Throughout my grade schools I have always received high grades and my strongest subject is English. I have been awarded with many English awards by the English department from my High School. I don’t teach a specific subject and I am happy to tutor in all subjects from grades 1-12.

my teaching methods are varied as every student learns differently. I build my classes based on the student and the way that they learn best. For example, if a student has a difficult time understanding the concepts that are taught in class by the teacher, I will approach that learning concept through a more relatable and simple way of learning. I will break it down in simpler words and incorporate the means of visuals and exercises to allow the student to fully grasp the concept that they were unable to understand during class.
