I took session with Nishi for improving my sleep cycle. It was a 2-Week program I enrolled in and with every session, the quality of sleep improved for me. I woke up much relaxed and could also sleep quickly after the sessions. My body and mind thanked me for doing this. One important thing that helped me the most is the push by Nishi for writing 10 gratitudes every night and thanking the Universe for it. I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfulness with which Nishi showed up every night sharp at 10:30 for the sessions. Thank you very much, Nishi!
Namaste,
I had taken one month online Yog training from Nishi and it was an amazing experience. She is a calm and composed teacher that reflects in her yog teaching and mindful activities. After attending her yog training, I felt happier, healthier, and energetic.
